After you submit, our team reviews your profile before it appears in search (usually within 24-48 hours).
Every new profile is manually reviewed by our team before it appears in search. This helps reduce fake and incomplete profiles. Review usually takes 24-48 hours. Until approved, you can log in and edit your profile from the Dashboard, but other members cannot see you in search yet.
Yes. Basic registration, profile creation, and browsing are free. Premium and Elite plans unlock advanced features such as priority listing, AI matches, verified chat, and dedicated relationship support.
Absolutely. Many families search together on Sapt Vachan. During registration you can indicate whether the profile is for yourself or a family member, and add parent or guardian contact details.
Our AI Matches consider religion, community, location, education, profession, age preferences, and profile completeness. Visit the AI Matches page to see compatibility scores and suggested profiles.
Profiles with a green Verified ✓ tick have completed platform verification steps (such as phone/email or document checks where applicable). Verification does not guarantee complete accuracy of all information. Users should conduct their own due diligence before marriage decisions.
Browse profiles on the Search page or through AI Matches. Click Send Interest on a profile card. The member will see your interest in their Dashboard and can accept or decline.
Chat is available to verified, paid members. Once your membership is active and your profile is verified, you can start conversations from the Chat page with members who have accepted your interest.
You control photo visibility from your dashboard: Public (visible to all), Hidden (blurred until you approve), or On Request (members must request access). Change this anytime in profile settings.
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your data is never sold to third parties. You choose what appears on your profile, and our team monitors for suspicious activity. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Open any profile and click the Report button (login required). Choose a reason — fake profile, fraud, harassment, already married, underage, and more. Reports are saved to our admin team and reviewed within 24-48 hours. You can also email support@saptvachan.com with the profile ID and screenshots.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings and choose delete account. All personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Elite Matrimony is our premium tier for professionals, business families, and NRIs seeking discreet, high-quality matchmaking. It includes curated profiles, a dedicated relationship manager, income verification, and priority visibility among elite members.

Premium and Elite plans are on Premium Plans and Elite Matrimony. Choose a plan and pay securely via Razorpay (UPI, card, or net banking). Membership activates automatically after successful payment.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. After a successful transaction, your plan is verified automatically and premium/Elite features unlock on your dashboard. For payment issues, email support@saptvachan.com with your transaction ID.
Elite members are assigned a personal relationship manager who understands your preferences, shortlists suitable profiles, coordinates introductions, and provides guidance throughout your search — with complete confidentiality.
Instead of browsing thousands of profiles alone, your relationship manager hand-picks matches aligned with your family background, education, profession, and lifestyle. Curated matchups appear on your dashboard and in AI Matches with higher compatibility scores.
Yes. Elite profiles undergo enhanced verification including income proof, education credentials, and professional background checks. Verified Elite members display a premium tick, giving families greater confidence in every introduction.
Elite profiles can be set to confidential mode — visible only to other verified Elite members or by manager invitation. Photos, contact details, and family information are never shared without your explicit approval.
